Rada Brujic, MBA, PhDFounder | LCI

My professional background combines around three years in international freight forwarding sales with around twelve years of responsibility for logistics procurement at a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Having worked on both sides of the market, I understand the priorities, decision-making processes and negotiating dynamics that shape international logistics.

My advisory work draws on this perspective, analytical discipline and long-standing responsibility for complex procurement decisions.

Insight from Both Sides of the Market

Working in freight forwarding sales gave me first-hand insight into how logistics providers develop proposals, structure their offerings and approach customer negotiations.

I subsequently took responsibility on the customer side for freight tenders, supplier evaluations and complex contract negotiations.

Combining both perspectives allows me to assess pricing, service proposals and alternatives with a balanced understanding of the interests involved.

Academic Rigour. International Industry Perspective.

My professional experience is complemented by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

I have contributed as a speaker and roundtable discussion leader at industry events, including LogiPharma in Switzerland and logistics and supply chain conferences in Germany and the Netherlands.

These engagements, together with a professional network built over many years, inform my view of market dynamics and industry developments.

Beyond Analysis. Towards Action.

I believe that meaningful commercial improvements begin by questioning established practices and examining the economic rationale behind existing arrangements.

My approach combines analytical rigour, market intelligence and first-hand negotiation experience to identify opportunities that warrant action.

The measure of a recommendation is not its theoretical sophistication, but its commercial value and practical viability.

My Principles

Clear communication, reliability and an open dialogue on equal terms are the foundation of the way I work with clients.

I offer considered positions, challenge assumptions where necessary and keep my recommendations aligned with my clients’ commercial interests.

I think strategically, act pragmatically and judge success by results – not promises.

Smarter Logistics. Stronger Performance.
